Vacation in Manipur

I was there in my home for vacation holidays and it has been a great experienced.I was there after a long break,i.e., after a year.Oh! I almost forgot to mention where is my home town.I am from Sagolband Khamnam Leirak,Imphal-West,Manipur.Before I reached home i did expect some changes in Manipur.But manipur did not change at all.it has the same rain,same wind,same insurgency cases,same frequent bandh,same electricity problems.I just want to let you know why I am talking all these things in my personal blog.Well,I am trying to share some experience of me being at home,i.e, being at Manipur.Luckily I did not witness the very interesting electricity problems there.Before I reached there, there used to come electricity for only 4 hours in a day.Can you imagine the situation,life with only 4 hours electricity a day.After I was there at home,the problems got better but still there was some timings.But unfortunately I witnessed three days without electricity.That was weird situation.One more interesting news about Manipur is that manipur Government took five long years to complete an over bridge in the heart of the Imphal city.I even remember when the construction of the bridge was started.Well,I guess it was started when I was in eleven class.Now I’m about to complete the engineering degree but still the over bridge is yet to ready for use.I guess you can imagine the situation of the state that cannot complete an over bridge in five long years.There are many more interesting facts about Manipur,I will them to you when I feel like.
