Prevent hacking of your websites

Hacking is a very common problem of most of the webmasters and if you want to protect your websites and WebPages from being hacked by a third party. Recently I read a post from Official Google webmaster blog about the online security of the website. There are some tips that you can use to control the hacking of your websites. If you are using some scripts or software in your websites, then you must regularly update the script or software to the latest version. You must find the out the pages which are being indexed by the search engines with the help of Google Webmaster Tools.

If you find that some of the highly secure WebPages are being indexed by the search engine, then you can fix the problem by using the Google robot.txt generator. Now you can generate the Robot.txt file automatically by using the Google Webmaster Tools. It will help to prevent the access of those WebPages which need extra security by using the Robot text file.

There are many Official Google Blogs and I came across one blog which is dedicated to the online security of the websites. Google Online Security Blog writes much important stuff about online security and tips to prevent them. Most of the hacked pages are affected by the malware and other spyware. If you website get hacked due to some hole or way to access, then you must fix the problem by keeping your website offline temporarily. Or you can do the same thing by using 503 status code or URL removal tool.
