Life in Maruti Suzuki

As everyone knows, I am not that much active in online activities these days because of my busy schedule and I want to apologize for that. I have joined Maruti Suzuki on 2nd of June and it has almost been three months and I could not come back to my blog to share that I had joined Maruti Suzuki. I will keep sharing my stories and life in Maruti Suzuki but now in this post I like to summarize the life in Maruti Suzuki that I experience till now.

I joined the company on the beautiful day with many hopes and expectations. Proudly speaking, I am very happy to be a Marutian and the company easily provides my expectation. I met many new friends like Mohit, Manas, Sunny, Paras, Niraj, Ranjana and many more to mention. And also I also become closer with many of the college friends like Rajith, Sashi, Anshuman and others.

Before I joined the company, I thought that corporate life must be boring, serious, hectic and responsible. Well, it is quite obvious that corporate life must be different from college life but till today I do not think that I am working in a company and I have the same feeling that I used to have in the college. I guess this is because of the friends around and also less work pressure of the company.

You must find that I am using “Till now, till today..” very frequently and emotional in this post because today I got my first project in this company and I felt like I have lost that feeling of college life. I lost friends and the batch no. 4 of GETs 2008, Maruti Suzuki has been broken into pieces. Today I noticed the faces of all the friends of Batch no. 4 (the batch in which I have been training together in the last four months) with dull appearance. Our batch went to Jim Corbett National Part, Nainital for OBT (Outboard Training) and it was one of my greatest adventurous moments in my life.

Overall, the experience was good and I am proud to be a part of leading Automobile Company “Maruti Suzuki”. I got the project on “Energy Cost Reduction” and I have to design the electrical layout of the assembly shop with some of the friends. I put up some of the photographs of me along with my friends in Maruti while we are enjoying the training days together.
