Smoking is main problem facing by many people of different age groups. Even young souls are facing the problem of chain smoking. Meanwhile, I was thinking about some practices which can really help to quit smoking. One thing is true that you can quit smoking only when you want to. But if you think that it is very hard to quit smoking when you really want to do, then these practices may help you. Everyone knows SMOKING IS INJURIOUS TO HEALTH. So, these are some simple practices that you can follow:

1. You just think about the health problem that may cause due to smoking whenever you find a cigarette.
2. Try to think about the ugliest image that you have seen which is caused due to smoking. (Like throat cancer image, lungs cancer image)
3. Never keep lighter with you.
4. Do not buy cigarettes in bulk and do not think to buy a new packet of cigarette before finishing the one you have.
5. Always try to keep yourself busy with your daily routine.
6. Whenever you smoke, try to left more length of the cigarette each time you smoke.
7. Put the cigarette packet in the least reachable area of your room or your pocket.
8. Try to change your smoking friend circle if necessary.
9. Find some alternatives of smoking. For example, if you use to smoke after dinner, then you can change the habit to taking of ice cream after dinner from smoking.
10. The last one is find a good and beautiful girl if you are a bachelor, for whom you do not want to die and stay live for a longer time.

  4. it is really hard to Quit Smoking. currently, i am using Nicotine Patches to curb may addiction to smoking and nicotine.
