Organizational Structure! No Offence but seems true


I have been working in a leading automobile company for the last 4 years and it has been a routine work to meet peoples of different organizations and also sometimes visit foreign countries and interact with people with diverse race. Chain mail has always been a part of our work place to entertain which otherwise is a stressful environment.

I came across a very interesting e-mail about “Organizational Structure” or “Hierarchy” and the behavior of the people with the post or designation. The below picture is quite self explanatory with the perfect expression of the typical character mentioned against each photo.

Intern/Trainees:
They always remain confuse and curious how this organization works.
Employees: They are the one who really work hard and do all the things.
Assistant Manager: Always remain pissed off with pressure from the boss, stress from work and finally complaint from the juniors.
Manager: Always try to show their supremacy which they think as their birth right or otherwise juniors will overtake in the race of promotion.
General Manager: Always in the mood of saying something especially using those BIG BIG words which are very good to hear and hard to execute.
CEO: I really don’t what they think but I guess profit in the balance sheet.
